I design and deliver engaging, interactive workshops on mental skills for teams and groups. These workshops focus on 1-2 key skills, providing practical tools and exercises for performance improvement in a given domain. They enhance both individual and collective performance and, when delivered consistently, can help integrate these skills into team culture. Topics can be tailored to the group’s specific needs and goals. I also offer talks on mental performance and skills for sports organizations, clubs, businesses, and more.
