Workshops

I design and deliver workshops on specific mental skills and topics for teams and groups. Workshops are an engaging and interactive way to learn more about mental skills in a group setting and how they may apply to your area of performance. Workshops typically focus on 1-2 mental skills, offering practical tools and exercises to be applied in practice and performance scenarios. Delivering consistent workshops throughout a team’s season allows room to build on these skills as a group and foster them within the team culture. This allows opportunities to boost both individual and collective performance. Workshop topics can be chosen based on the group’s needs and goals. I can also deliver talks about mental performance and mental skills to wider sports organizations, clubs, businesses, and more!
